Annual Tuition
Tuition and fees payments may be
made in equal monthly amounts, or families may receive a 10% discount for pre-paying the
entire year, or a 5% discount for pre-paying each semester.
See the detailed Tuition Schedule for more information,
including examples for mixed higher grade and lower grade families. These include
the monthly payment amounts.
Fees &
Incidental Expenses
There are no general fees required for all students.
However, each student will incur the cost of text books and course materials, which will
vary by grade. There is a one-time $65.00 initial registration fee, per
family.
Special activity fees might apply for activities elected by
individual students. These will depend upon the nature of the optional activity.
A typical special activity would be a periodic field trip where an entrance fee to
a museum, for example, might apply.
Sealed, official copies of school transcripts for the
minimal cost of $10 and can be mailed directly from the Academy to the parent.
There is a one-time $30.00 graduation fee, covering diploma
and cap/gown rental, for graduating high school seniors.
Financial Aid & Assistance
Several forms of financial aid and tuition assistance
exist. It is the Academy's policy that no deserving student should be turned away
simply because their family cannot afford tuition, if at all possible.
Currently, we have students attending the school under
Alliance for Choice in Education (A.C.E.) scholarships and under Donahue Scholarships.
However, do not wait until the first day of school to ask what tuition assistance
might be available.
Moreover, families that contribute at least 5 hours per
month toward school projects will receive $25/month rebated.
Home School Program Fees
A single annual fee for the Home School Program is $150.00
per family.
Sealed, official copies of school transcripts are provided
and can be mailed directly from the Academy, or provided to the parent.
If a home school family participates in any Academy
activities that have incidental costs, then the family will be asked to cover those costs
as would any student.
